Annual membership dues are $25 per person, $35 per household and $10 for students. All democrats registered to vote and interested in the objectives of the EHDC are eligible for membership, regardless of where they live. Members are permitted to vote in EHDC officer election, on club bylaws, and on any motions during club meetings. While voting privileges are exclusive to members only, all are welcome at EHDC meetings.

MEETINGS & MEMBERSHIP
The Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO) provides immediate relief in the forms of food, clothing and household items to those residents of Eastern Hillsborough County that have experienced a recent emergency. Bring a non-perishable food item and/or much needed toiletries to EHDC’s monthly meetings to donate to ECHO. You'll receive an extra door prize ticket for your donation.
All are welcome to attend EHDC meetings: members, non-members, Democrats, non-Democrats, East Hillsborough residents, non-East Hillsborough residents, etc... While we certainly encourage Democrats to become members of EHDC, non-membership should not stop you from attending our meetings!
Monthly meetings commence with a meet-and-greet during check-in. This is the best time to claim a seat and order food and drinks. Once in session, meeting agendas typically include: welcome of new members, guest attendees, and special guests; a brief discussion of club matters (past meeting minutes, club business, financials, etc.); a guest speaker and open discussion of topics; announcement of upcoming events; volunteer needs; and discussion of hot topics and upcoming legislation.

The EHDC generally meets on the second Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise posted. All of our meetings are both on Zoom and in person. You must RSVP thru Mobilize to get the zoom information. The link to mobilize will be in the event on the calendar.
Meetings typically include guest speakers, open discussions on hot topics, event planning, and opportunities to support the Hillsborough County Democratic Executive Committee (HCDEC) and the campaigns of local democratic candidates.
